Play many idioms from Jazz to concert, Shows recording, specialty featured performances, will travel to augment for Concert or recording venues, a Premier performer with great sound, concept, range, and endurance. "I thought I would mention hahis performed with such notable artists as Pete Sokolow, Paul Pincus, Danny Rubenstein, Ray Musiker (worked also with Ray's Brother, Sammy, who was a giant) and many other notables in the New York region where Klezmer performances had it's origin as they entered from Europe to the U.S. Most all of the Klez-immigrants, passed through Ellis Island and settled in Downtown New York, "Shimmel Blank's" Music store was one of the many shops were they met, congregated, schmoozed, exchanged little sheets of handwritten music, bought and traded instruments, exchanged jobs, and stories (The Paduny'as of downtown was where many of us "cut our wisdom teeth" on the music of these great European Masters. The Area was honeycombed with Hungarian and Eastern restaurants and night-clubs-where young players were greeted, and studied under these great ones. They never gave us sheet music to take home, we had to learn on the job. This is an accurate description of my memoirs of "downtown" New York at this time period."
