This year, the Botanic Gardens is expanding the Hanukkah concerts to two sets (so that they don't have to sell out/turn people away) AND lowering the price by eliminating the dinner. Dec. 9, 1:00 and 3:00 PM. This year's concert includes the full band, plus Hanukkah cameos by singers from the Junior Klezmer Orchestra, singer-composer Billy Kaplan, and violinist Alex's Yiddish-singing daughter, Sonya, who is as cute as a button.
