We are privileged to have been able to develop this menu with the Middle Eastern culinary expertise of Claudia Roden, chef, food ethnographer and legend :). Together with our hosts JW3, we decided to focus on Syrian food to highlight the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region. There will an opportunity to donate to a Syrian relief charity at the brunch.
