This story begins in a tiny vilage, more or less covered in snow, where a Hanukhah latke, a fried potato pancake, is born screaming. The latke jumps from the boiling pan and races through the wintery village, deep in the throes of festive preparations. Lost amongst the snowy landscape and Christmas lights, will our Latke ever find where it belongs?

This adaptation of the absurdly funny Lemony Snicket story is vividly brought to life in Tall Stories' unique physical style, with live music, lots of laughs and a screaming potato pancake.

London's F-IRE Collective give their affectionate musical responses to Jewish-American comedy greats with a newly commissioned suite of pieces incorporating audio and visual footage.

Including the work of Woody Allen, Andy Kaufman, Groucho Marx, Larry David and more.

F-IRE's ensemble, especially formed for this performance, features seven multiinstrumentalists and composers including at least two Jews and four artists who like matzo balls.
