Every Sunday Morning, combining live music and food in a fresh, cultural environment, City Winery’s Klezmer brunch series pairs some of the greatest musicians in the world with delicious lox, bagels and other tasty fare on Sunday mornings from 11am to 2pm. City Winery's brunch on April 2, 2017 features Kobie Arad. Moroccan, Russian, Farsi, African and Original flavors are steeped into this refreshing musical gesture to Passover.

Voices of Freedom

This extraordinary multicultural event features three choirs: the Zamir Chorale of Boston, America’s foremost Jewish choral ensemble; VOICES 21C, a diverse choir dedicated to positive interactions, social justice, and global understanding; and the Boston Community Gospel Choir, which often performs at the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The groups will each separately perform songs from the Jewish, Muslim and Christian cultures respectively, and then join together to perform music that transcends the collective cultures. The idea of shared values, especially in this turbulent time, rises above our many cultures and connects us. By using music to explore the themes of freedom, we seek to create a culture of understanding, faith, and hope.
