Yair Dalal was nominated for a 2002 BBC Radio 3 World Music Award. His
music is a mix of his own Iraqi-Jewish musical heritage and Israeli
Beduin traditions with original material inspired by both. He uses his
music as a cultural bridge between Arabs and Jews in the Middle East.
Dalal performed with Israeli and Palestinian children choirs at the
1994 Israeli-Palestinian Peace ceremony in Oslo, Norway.
