Join a Passover Seder as interpreted by artists, musicians, poets, comedians, and others while partaking in a delicious meal prepared by celebrity chef Jeff Nathan.

Overlooking the Statue of Liberty, the eternal symbol of freedom, luminaries such as Daniel Libeskind, Perry Farrell, and Steve Reich among others will offer their creative expressions of the Exodus story. This innovative evening explores the cultural connection between the arts and Jewish thought.

The Downtown Seder, now in its fourth year, is produced and led by Michael Dorf, founder of the Knitting Factory. The evening combines the two thousand-year-old traditional Seder with inspiring live performance.
