Klezical Tradition, Holyoke, MA, Aug 29
I'd like to bring to everybody's attention a terrific FREE concert opportunity next Sunday afternoon at 2 pm in Holyoke, Massachusetts by "The Klezical Tradition", consisting of Fraidy Katz, vocals, Walter Mamlock, clarinet, Cookie Segelstein, fiddle, Roy Wiseman, bass, and Adrianne Greenbaum playing wooden flutes (as well as assorted other noise-makers, like tsimbl, etc.).
The concert is part of Holyoke's 20th annual "Celebrate Holyoke" festival, and takes place in Heritage State Park. Holyoke is a lovely town in Western Mass., near Amherst and Northampton, easy to get to from Boston, Hartford, or New York.
