The Great East End Treasure Hunt - back after a Spring sell out!
Sunday 19th October 2008, from 2pm

Stumble around the East End and watch the Jewish history of this areapavillion programme
unfurl with musicians, treasure clues, actors and bagels. Sign up in groups to discover some stories, fall upon soup kitchens, bump into klezmer players and search for disappearing synagogues.

We'll scatter signposts, clues, artists including actors Judy Batalion, Brian Lobel and Claire Benjamin, live musicians and hidden items along the roads of the East End, taking you on a two hour tour around a Jewish world that has all but vanished.

The afternoon will finish with tea, drinks and live music from She'koyokh from 4:30pm at Corbet Place, Old Truman Brewery.

Meet by the Cable Street Mural painted on the side of St. George's Hall, Cable Street E1.

You will be given your designated afternoon arrival time when you register.
