AtzilutAtzilut: Concert for Peace

This ten-member high-energy Middle Eastern ensemble features Arab and Jewish musicians in concert together to make a powerful statement for peace through shared music. Atzilut exemplifies the potential for creativity that emerges when musicians representing two traditions with common roots, celebrate hope and trust through music. They blend virtuoso cantorial vocals with the lightning percussion and hypnotic melodies of a Middle-Eastern orchestra into their own unique contemporary sound. The resulting musical collaboration is infectious, joyous, deep, sweet and passionate.

Atzilut makes two appearances in the Baltimore area through this unique collaboration between CCBC and Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School.
