Afro-Semitic Experience and Cantor Erik Contzius in Holocaust memorial, New Haven, CT, 21 Apr 2009
Holocaust Memorial Event. The Afro-Semitic Experience and Cantor Erik Contzius join the Southern Connecticut State University in Charles Garner Recital Hall on Tuesday, April 21 at 3:30 p.m. (the Charles Garner Recital is located in Engleman Hall, room 112-C, at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut) in an event to commemorate the Holocaust. Cantor Contzius will be singing memorial music and songs from the Holocaust accompanied by the Afro-Semitic Experience. There will also be readings by SCSU Faculty members. This event is sponsored by the SCSU Judaic Studies Program in conjunction with other SCSU organizations and is part of a week long series of activities to mark the Holocaust.
