It's a night of cutting-edge Jewish music when the Berlin-based Daniel Kahn & the Painted Bird hosts a release party for the band's new CD, "Bad Old Songs." Conspiracy of Beards, a 30-man Bay Area a cappella choir that exclusively performs songs by Leonard Cohen, opens the show.
