Betty KleinIsraeli traditional Ladino/Yiddish singer Betty Klein makes a rare US appearance at a house party (the house in which Mr. KlezmerShack and Ms. Jewish Music Web Center reside, as it happens) in Newton. Despite a facility with Jewish folk songs in many languages, the Jerusalem Post concedes that "she may be a native New York Ashkenazi, but of the 20 languages in which she sings, her deepest connection is to Ladino."

Much fun extremely likely.
